There are some crazy expensive domain names out there and I doubt in the current status of finance across the world that this would be a complete issue to purchase any thing like these again! So without further ado I give you some of the most expensive domain names in the world.

Sold for: $2.75 million in July 2004 and was bought by Austin
Considering natural SEO and a strong link campaign can get a site listed for ‘credit cards’ $2.75 million might seem a bit steep but i am sure that they wil get the money back fairly quickly. Still other companies manage without having the keyword domain name.

Sold for: $3.5 million
The domain names aren’t important when compared to the branding, link building and SEO so shops like amazon which have become popular naturally is proven to be better…

Sold for $7 million again this is a lot of money for a domain that won’t generate that much type in traffic. Primarily a lads’ site, beer.com is aimed at the Internet’s biggest user base.

Sold For: $7.5 million in 1999 and the former Guinness World Record holder for the most expensive domain. They said that this domain may sell for more after the .com bubble burst but no, it didnt.

Sold for $9.5 million in 2007 NOW WE ARE TALKING, I would suspect that this site is pretty much about what it says.

A Crestview couple who drove their car to Wal-Mart, only to have their car break down in the parking lot. The man told his wife to carry on with the shopping while he fixed the car in the lot.

The Russians have always liked doing things differently and this does not stray from that idea.

The Su-47 has extremely high agility at subsonic speeds, enabling the aircraft to alter its angle of attack and its flight path very quickly while retaining maneuverability in supersonic flight. The Wings?

The forward-swept midwing gives the unconventional (and characteristic) appearance of the Su-47, earning it the nickname of ‘devil’ and ’slingshot’. A substantial part of the lift generated by the forward-swept wing occurs at the inner portion of the wingspan. The lift is not restricted by wingtip stall. The ailerons – the wing’s control surfaces – remain effective at the highest angles of attack, and controllability of the aircraft is retained even in the event of airflow separating from the remainder of the wings’ surface.
